Submersible Motors for Harsh Underwater Environments

Each motor is manufactured with quality control, from raw material selection to hydro-testing. Production methods support long life and low maintenance.

01

Insulation

Class F magnet wire and high-temperature materials. Prevents burnout under voltage fluctuations.

03

Sand and corrosion resistance

SS304/SS316 housing with sand-slinging mechanism for borehole conditions.

02

NEMA dimensions

Standard sizes for compatibility with international pump ends.

Four Submersible Motor Types

Choose the motor type based on your depth, water quality, and power source.

Resin-Encapsulated Stator

Encapsulated Motors

Resin-filled, hermetically sealed stator protects windings from water ingress and pressure. No maintenance required. Used in municipal and industrial deep wells.

hualuo Oil-Cooled Motors
Oil-Filled Borehole Motor

Oil-Cooled Motors

Filled with food-grade dielectric oil for bearing lubrication and heat dissipation. Suitable for agricultural irrigation and rural water supply.

hualuo Water-Cooled Motors
Water-Lubricated, Rewindable Motor

Water-Cooled Motors

Water-filled three-phase IP68 motor. No risk of fluid contamination. Rewindable stator allows field maintenance. Used in municipal engineering.

For Solar and Low-Voltage Applications

Ultra-Low Voltage DC Motors

Operates at low DC voltages. Connects to solar arrays or battery banks. For off-grid irrigation and low-voltage fountain projects.

How Our Submersible Motors Are Built?

Each motor is manufactured from raw materials through hydrostatic and electrical testing.

Track 1: Stator Core Fabricating Line

Silicon steel sheets are sheared and punched. After dimensional and magnetic inspection, they are stacked and welded into a stator core.

Track 2: Stator Winding & Insulation Line

The stator core is wound with enameled copper wire. After electrical safety inspection, the winding assembly undergoes vacuum-pressure varnishing, followed by insulation inspection.

Track 3: Rotor Processing Line

Rotor laminations are pressed onto the shaft. The assembly is machined and dynamically balanced to eliminate vibration. Final geometric tolerance inspection is performed.

Track 4: Casing & Structural Components Line

Stainless steel pipes are cut and CNC-machined to form the motor casing. Thickness and pressure inspection follow.

Track 5: Final Assembly, Testing & Warehousing

Stator, rotor, casing, and end covers are assembled. Each motor is tested for high-voltage insulation, water leakage, and rotation efficiency before packaging and warehousing for shipping.
