Track 1: Stator Core Fabricating Line
Silicon steel sheets are sheared and punched. After dimensional and magnetic inspection, they are stacked and welded into a stator core.
Track 2: Stator Winding & Insulation Line
The stator core is wound with enameled copper wire. After electrical safety inspection, the winding assembly undergoes vacuum-pressure varnishing, followed by insulation inspection.
Track 3: Rotor Processing Line
Rotor laminations are pressed onto the shaft. The assembly is machined and dynamically balanced to eliminate vibration. Final geometric tolerance inspection is performed.
Track 4: Casing & Structural Components Line
Stainless steel pipes are cut and CNC-machined to form the motor casing. Thickness and pressure inspection follow.
Track 5: Final Assembly, Testing & Warehousing
Stator, rotor, casing, and end covers are assembled. Each motor is tested for high-voltage insulation, water leakage, and rotation efficiency before packaging and warehousing for shipping.
